FAQ

Q: What is the best way to reach you?

A: The best way to contact us is to send an email to support@cwew.co. If it is an emergency, then you may call Curtis directly.

Q: In the world of so many technically skilled people, what sets you apart from all the rest of the IT guys?

A: I am not just another IT guy. The stereotypes of flakey, pretentious and dismissive do not apply here. I am punctual, communicative and friendly. I am technically skilled, but also hold a degree in English, allowing me to explain complex concepts simply, and helping you feel like you know what went wrong, the steps I am taking to fix it, and how you can help prevent the problem in the future.

Q: How much experience do you have, and where did you get it?

A: I have been interested in technology and computers all my life. From an early age, I was the IT guy of the family, fixing all of my family's technology problems. As I grew up, I continued to learn new things and challenge myself to learn more about computer and their inner workings. I built and maintained my own computer at the age of 17. I took numerous computer programming classes while still in high school online at the local community college. I enrolled at UCSB as a computer science major. I discovered that programming was not what I wanted to do after two quarters there, so I switched to an English degree. After my freshman year at UCSB, I was hired as an intern at BPM, the fourth largest regional accounting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving over 400 employees. I returned there every summer to work, and after graduation, they offered me a full time position there as a helpdesk technician. My extensive personal interest in all things technology, coupled with my English degree, allowed me to assume the much needed role of creating and editing documentation for the firm as well as providing friendly face to face customer service.

Q: Which cell phone should I get?

A: If you want everything to work, get an iPhone. It's easy to use, has all the advanced features an android has, and seldom freezes or crashes. It is more expensive, but if you want to save your mental sanity, an iPhone is the way to go.
